Seamless Platform, Responsive Support

I find Simplesat seamless and effective for its use case, particularly in collecting customer feedback. The ability to send surveys via a link is a great help. The support team is highly receptive, very helpful, and responds quickly whenever I have questions or encounter problems.

Simplesat support is exceptional

I love the extremely responsive Chat support. It starts with an AI bot but you can very quickly get to a knowledgeable human. This time I had some interesting issues getting an integration with HubSpot to work. Vicktor, from support was very patient and listened well, taking the time to really understand my problem. In the end, Viktor figured out what I was doing wrong and the integration is working! Thanks to viktor this time but Support has been exceptional each time I've needed it.

Every question is answered thoroughly and promptly, and their team is always ready to help without ever making us feel like our questions are insignificant. Beyond that, we love how customizable the surveys are and how intuitive the data collection process has been. Our dashboards and topics are set up exactly the way we need them, perfectly tailored to what works best for us as a company.
