Streamlined Mailing Process, Effortless Setup
I like how easy Stamps.com is to use, and I appreciate the feature of entering a zip code to better estimate postage costs for specific items. The website's user-friendly interface is a big help when I'm in a hurry. I find it really useful to enter the weight of mail items to determine the correct stamp amount required. I also enjoy the ability to purchase more supplies directly from the website as needed. Transitioning from our old Pitney Bowes postage machine to Stamps.com was a relief due to the space-saving aspect. The initial setup was very easy as well.

A Legal Office's Essential Time-Saver
I appreciate Stamps.com for the convenience of not having to go to the post office to purchase postage. I like being able to weigh small packages and envelopes and leave them in our mailbox for pickup, which saves so much time. The address book is handy because I don't have to always look up addresses for regular mailings. I also like that it calculates postage for us and provides overall convenience in handling our transactions. The 'history' page is very helpful for charging clients with postage and printing the proof for client cases. The setup was easy with the tutorial provided, and it's been a great tool and asset for our law firm.

Cost-Effective and Easy to Use, But Needs Speed Improvement
I like that Stamps.com is cheaper than FedEx and it's really easy to use. The desktop app is also a plus because it's easy to fill in the info and the shipping options are convenient.
