I really appreciate the fair price of ShipStation. It's great that I can get immediate access to pre-negotiated rates for USPS, UPS, and FedEx, which are often significantly lower than the retail counter rates. These savings can cover the subscription cost when shipping a few dozen labels each month. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

Can't print or get receipts! Frustrating!
It was helpful now it is not. I can no longer print without having to reprint. I can't get my receipt like I could before. I'm so frustrated with stamps.com
