I like how easy Scribe is to learn and use, making it very user-friendly. The screen capture feature is particularly beneficial as it notates every click, selection, and fill-in field, which eliminates the need to verbally or textually document these actions, making the resources faster and more efficient. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.
