The UI is great, making the tool easy to navigate, and the deliverables exported look extremely professional. I love how easy it is to navigate, and I appreciate the flexibility in zooming in/out, changing colors, and capturing insights directly within the platform. I like the dashboard view to better gauge usage metrics. Initial setup was extremely easy; I haven't used such a simple tool before.
