I love Scribe's UX, which is way better than what I experienced with Guidde. The guide feature is a standout for me, letting users follow along in the actual software. It's amazing that Scribe can capture How-to documentation for apps beyond just my browser. I also really like the ability to export to different formats like md and pdf, making the tool versatile. The initial setup was really easy, and I'm rating it a 9 for recommendations.

I love how customizable Scribe is. I can pause and restart captures, delete, edit, add, remove text, provide anecdotes, and redact. It makes it easy to turn my processes into professional style SOPs, and I appreciate the automatic collection of screenshots and suggested verbiage. The ability to copy and recreate SOPs for different usages is fantastic, and it's so easy to set up!

I work with a lot of revenue systems that require many clicks and a fair amount of explanation. Scribe helps me explain all of this more clearly to my audience.
