It’s incredibly user-friendly—anyone at my workplace can use it, even the most technically challenged. It also makes it easy to share guides across departments, which helps ensure we don’t lose any legacy processes. I especially like that it can flag when certain steps might be unnecessary, so we know what we can remove.

I like how Scribe takes screenshots of any section that I am working on or want to present to the staff member that I wanna write an SOP for.

It is a tremendous time saver. Much faster than inserting screenshots in PPTs. Allows you to create interactive guides as well, not just static screenshots. the guide me feature is very useful.
