SAP Joule’s AI Consultation Feature Saves Time and Effort

Consultation and other documentation are currently our main use cases. It’s not perfect, but if it can get 80% of the effort done in a fraction of the time, then we’re ahead. In particular, I feel the AI feature for consultation is the best one to rely on. Automating ordering (PR -> PO) is still in the early stages, but it could also become a big area of automation for us. Overall, I’d suggest it’s good because you’ll learn about SAP Business AI. Also, SAP is putting a lot of investment and effort into SAP Joule, so I feel it will pay off.

Flexible Learning with Fast Implementation

I love the flexibility WalkMe allows in terms of active, passive, and aggressive learning solutions. WalkMe solutions can be created fairly quickly, which is great when working in a fast-paced environment.
