Less Noise, Faster Fixes.

It acts like a glue between engineering, product, and support for us. The go-to for us is incident channels, instead of a chaotic call with a dozen people, we spin up a small channel with just the four people who need to be there, and the thread doubles as a postmortem. Jira syncs in automatically too, so nobody's stuck refreshing a board. it has helped cut our response time on critical issues by about 45ish%.
