Solid Call Quality and Handy Messaging, but Settings and Reporting Feel Complex

Call quality has been consistently solid, and having messaging right alongside the phone tools makes it much easier to manage support conversations. When a freelancer or client needs a follow-up, I can quickly check who’s available, send a message, or jump on a call without constantly switching between apps. The mobile app has been reliable, so I can stay reachable when I’m away from my desk, and the call history is useful for picking up right where a previous conversation left off.

All Customer Conversations in One Screen—Big Time-Saver for a Small Team

Honestly, the biggest difference for me has been not having to dig through three different places every time a customer follows up. We get a lot of calls and texts about the same jobs. Someone emails a drawing, then calls two days later asking if we got it, then texts a photo of the fixture they’re trying to match. Before, all of that was scattered across different spots. Now it all shows up in the same agent screen. If I’m out on the floor and a customer texts, “any update on the 6061 parts?”, I can pull up the full history right there without walking back to the office computer. That’s saved me more time than I expected. The skills routing has also been really practical for a small team. There are only four of us handling customer stuff, and it routes the more technical questions to the guys who’ve been here longer, while quote requests go to the two of us who actually know the pricing. It’s not perfect, but it’s a lot better than whoever picks up first trying to wing it. I’ve also ended up using the AI suggestions more than I thought I would. When someone calls about an old order, it pulls up the last couple of interactions and sometimes even suggests what they might be asking about. It’s not magic, but it definitely cuts down on the “hold on, let me look that up” moments—especially when the shop is loud.

Full Chat-to-Call Context Makes Support Faster and Smoother

What’s actually been helpful is that I’ve stopped having to ask merchants to repeat themselves. A lot of them start in chat about a payout that failed or a shipping label that won’t generate, and then they call five or ten minutes later with more details. Before, whoever answered the phone had no idea what had already been said in the chat. Now the entire thread is right there when the call comes in. I can see the order number, the error message they pasted, and the last reply, so I can jump straight into checking the account instead of making them tell the whole story again.
