Fantastic support and noticeable updates. Keeping up with changing technology is key, and ReturnZap is doing so while retaining a level of support that exceeds my expectations.

Our warehouse team uses the warehouse tool to communicate what has been returned to us, and all in all this has made our returns run really smoothly. Support is easy to access, always helpful, and super quick.

The support is top-notch. Any time we need a customization, or have a question, we get an immediate response from support. In my experience their support is unparalleled to other returns software we have used, and I would also rate them as top of the list for support for any software we use.
