I like the meeting summaries and action points post the meeting. I like that it also automaticaaly 'joins' the meeting - but that can also be a problem sometimes. Read.ai is generally easy to use after you install it. After download, it easily integrated and automatically joined my meetings. I used it frequently on my meetings but had to disuse it for meetings where folks were uncomfortable having AI attend.

The best part is it's very user friendly. You can toggle between users. Connect read.ai zoom/ google meet by giving permission just once. It's also very insightful compared to other tools.. gives us a lot of details about the call. The transcript is right there, they have search button to search any words from the call transcript. They also now record calls

I have a tough time taking notes in meetings that I am super engaged in, so this is an absolute lifesaver for me. I love that I can easily look back in meetings and that it automatically adds to my zoom calls
