What I like most about Read is its ability to automate Zoom meeting transcriptions. Real-time transcriptions and its smart scheduling features are invaluable in streamlining communication and ensuring meetings are more efficient.

I like the meeting summaries and action points post the meeting. I like that it also automatically 'joins' the meeting - but that can also be a problem sometimes. Read.ai is generally easy to use after you install it. After download, it easily integrated and automatically joined my meetings. I used it frequently on my meetings but had to disuse it for meetings where folks were uncomfortable having AI attend.

The best part is it's very user friendly. You can toggle between users. Connect read.ai zoom/ google meet by giving permission just once. It's also very insightful compared to other tools.. gives us a lot of details about the call. The transcript is right there, they have search button to search any words from the call transcript.
