The best thing about Quickbase is its flexibility, which lets different business processes be organized around the team’s needs. In business development, managing an opportunity isn’t just about entering potential client information; it also involves keeping a record of conversations, understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking next steps. Quickbase’s customizable applications help bring these activities together in an orderly, consistent way. I also find it helpful that information can be structured so the right updates are easy to locate, which reduces the time spent searching across separate records or digging through emails.

Since every company operates differently, it’s valuable to be able to set up tasks, approvals, and reporting in a way that fits specific needs, rather than being forced into a one-size-fits-all approach. I also appreciate that related information and status updates can live together in a single shared platform, which reduces the need to rely on separate spreadsheets and long email threads. Easy to Manage Records and Workflows, with Some Navigation Challenges

During my internship, I used Quickbase to manage records, update information, and track changes in data. I found it helpful to have everything organized in one centralized platform instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets and separate files. Being able to customize fields and arrange records based on specific requirements made day-to-day data management smoother and more straightforward. It also allowed me to retrieve information faster and maintain better consistency when making updates across records.
