Great Overall Functionality and Potential AI Capability

Quickbase has been helpful for managing our existing logs and organizing information across different service areas. Our DSS department uses it to track client data, which we previously managed in an Excel spreadsheet. It addressed the problem of multiple staff members trying to edit the same file at once, which used to cause issues. Overall, it’s been smooth to use, and we haven’t had any complaints with what we currently have in place. I also appreciate the flexibility to create test applications so I can explore potential uses for other departments. Pricing is fair and worth the functionality. We haven't had any issues with performance or integration of existing data.

Highly Customizable, Error-Free Setup

I like that FastField Forms removes the need for printing paperwork and reduces the opportunity for errors. I really appreciate the ability to customize it and make it work for how we want it. Customizing the fields with rules ensures our instructors do not make errors out in the field. The ability to make conditional rules allows us to keep the forms simple and intuitive to use. After a small learning curve in setting up the forms, it became smooth sailing.

Easy Setup, but Support Gaps and Export Reporting Issues Hold It Back.
