What I like best about Qualified is the combination of AI SDR, live chat, and meeting booking capabilities within a single platform. It enables us to engage visitors, qualify leads, and connect prospects with the right Sales teams while maintaining seamless integration with Salesforce and Eloqua. The support they offer for integration and improvement is fantastic.

Qualified’s Robyn AI Agent Delivers Measurable Pipeline with Outstanding CSM Support

What I like best about Qualified is the combination of our AI Agent, Robyn, and the Success Model behind it. Robyn has been a strong performer since we implemented it last year, and we can point to measurable pipeline directly attributable to the agent. What really sets Qualified apart is our wonderful CSM, Marcie. She got Robyn up and running quickly and has stayed embedded with our team since, helping us continuously optimize the agent rather than just handing it off after launch.
