What I like most about Qualified is how it has evolved beyond a traditional chatbot into a true AI SDR. Instead of relying on rigid conversation trees and predefined replies, it can understand and respond to complex prospect questions with very little manual setup. The ability to continuously train our AI SDR using our website, internal documentation, and curated knowledge sources has significantly improved its accuracy, scalability, and overall effectiveness, while also reducing the ongoing maintenance our team would otherwise need to manage.
