I really like how Qualified goes much deeper than being just a chatbot. During onboarding, I often wondered if Qualified could do something specific, and usually, the answer was yes. It's clear to me that Qualified is thoughtfully designed around real SDR team workflows. We created an AI SDR persona named Franklin, who communicates in a way that resonates with Fire Chiefs, enhancing the experience for our prospective customers.
