What I like best about Qualified is the combination of product flexibility and the quality of their team. The platform is adaptable to our needs, and their support has been consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We’ve also had a positive experience with PiperX, which has done a solid job handling conversations and helping our team book meetings efficiently.

Qualified’s Robyn AI Agent Delivers Measurable Pipeline with Outstanding CSM Support

What I like best about Qualified is the combination of our AI Agent, Robyn, and the Success Model behind it. Robyn has been a strong performer since we implemented it last year, and we can point to measurable pipeline directly attributable to the agent. What really sets Qualified apart is our wonderful CSM, Marcie. She got Robyn up and running quickly and has stayed embedded with our team since, helping us continuously optimize the agent rather than just handing it off after launch.

I like that Qualified actually qualifies our website visitors to give our SDRs quality leads. It's great that Qualified is able to sort out the support/login inquiries, which end up being almost 70% of our visitors. The initial setup was relatively easy, thanks to the support from our account rep.
