The support team is excellent, and we greatly appreciate the clear and functional dashboard. Paragon has made it possible for us to focus on higher-level tasks while it handles the complex details of integration. Once we set up the first integration, adding more becomes incredibly fast, which has significantly boosted our growth. The platform is also highly reliable, ensuring that API calls and data sync operations are consistently executed without issues. It's been a crucial part of our journey as a startup, and I can't recommend it enough.

Paragon's support is truly excellent. Whenever myself or another team member has had implementation or debugging questions, we've gotten prompt and helpful responses from technical support staff. They also monitor our account installation and resources, and pre-emptively offer solutions to any growing pains we might be experiencing. They also helped our team onboard to building workflows, and once we got a bit of experience, we found their tools quite powerful in automating our desired integration tasks.

I find Paragon's interface intuitive, which makes it easy to build integrations. I also appreciate that it supports a lot of integrations.
