The upside of using NetSuite is that it’s already well established. Because of that, there are a lot of applications and software we can sync or link with NetSuite, such as JP Morgan, BlackLine Reconciliation, Zuora, Coupa, and others I may not even know about yet. It’s also easy to navigate.
I’m not entirely sure whether the pricing is expensive or not, but the fact that the company was using NetSuite even before I joined says a lot about its affordability and overall quality. Setup was easy and smooth as well; since it’s online, there’s really no downloading needed.
Another thing I like is how quickly it runs processes like depreciation and amortization—it’s very fast and smooth most of the time. What I like most is that I can customize my reports based on how I need to present them, and I can schedule them to be emailed automatically without having to be online when they need to be sent.
