We used Optix from the start so can't compare to others but would have no reason to change suppliers, it is a brilliant piece of software that works seamlessly from end user through to management system. Easy to set up, integrate with other platforms and straightforward to navigate. They are always one step ahead of any operational issues we come up against. Highly recommend!
