OnPlan has a very shallow learning curve. It maintains our team's expertise working with GSheets but provides powerful value with their database and directly connecting to NetSuite, Salesforce and BambooHR. We can also continue to update our model directly in Gsheets without worrying about it not matching with our OnPlan model since they're one in the same. As a non-profit, planning by project/program and fund is crucial. OnPlan makes updating the model for changes like funding delays or employee allocations much easier than Gsheets alone. It's also easy for my dpt leaders to provide inputs and manage their monthly budgets much more independently without reliance on my team for access to information.

OnPlan is the 2nd product we tried to implement. We moved from Centage, which was too hard to learn and navigate. With OnPlan, I love that we can continue to have our model work interchangeably with GSheets. The spreadsheet formulas give us the flexibility we need and OnPlan provides the guardrails, data management, reporting, scenarios and integrations.
