OnPlan is totally customizable for every department, expense category and balance sheet category. Multiple scenarios can be created with different data to compare results. As the periods are completed, actual results can be entered and the model updates in real-time. Time factors for revenue recognition, cash collections and AP payments are editable. Prepaid exoenses track both cash outlays and expense recognition. Multiple ways to model expenses. For example: actual amounts per period, amount per employee, last year's actual average + x%, trailing 6-month average + x%, etc. Implementation and Support services are excellent. Resources are overseas but seldom need to wait more than a day for a response. Resources are top-level - there has never been a need to escalate a case to a more experienced resource. There has seldom been an extra charge for building something new or customizing something after implementation. When there was a charge, it was extremely reasonable.

The transfer from QB to OnPlan after setup is effortless. Their instructional videos are simple to follow.
