LaunchBay has helped us to structure our customer onboarding process. It was very easy to implement a customer portal that includes all of the onboarding tasks. LaunchBay has helped us to work more efficiently and increase the speed of onboarding. Our team uses it to onboard multiple clients through many detailed steps every week. We have used the Zapier integration to automate the creation of portals from our CRM. LaunchBay Customer Support helped us check our implementation and have been responsive and helpful for all of our questions.
