Solid UI with Effective Workflow Management
I appreciate how LaunchBay allows us to serve our clients well with their portal's great UI experience. I like the project views it provides for our internal teams, along with the automations that help remove redundancies. The project tool back end stands out for me because it helps us manage workflows with our clients effectively. It allows us to see clearly where each project is, identify where it might be stuck, and track tasks assigned to the client or team that are overdue. The initial setup was relatively easy, and the team was great and very helpful.
