I love the overall collective view like all my messages, DMs, group chats, meetings, meeting message and even recordings can be accessed at one place. It helps with notifying about the meetings and the in-built call functionality is also great. It integrates easily with calendar, reminders and other apps. I like the working of meeting and messages, with no delays. The pricing is also great. As a user, no special training was required as the UX was pretty good and easy to onboard. I also like the integration of AI coming up with the teams.
