Study project: Programming a chatbot for logistical processes

Mercury's service support was really helpful. It is possible to map powerful and complex dialogues with Mercury. The structure is kept very simple and you can easily build a chatbot even without higher programming skills. There are already trained bots for specific requests/dialogues.
