I like the messaging and scheduling in the portal because it keeps everything in one place and also helps with tracking key objectives and goals. It's nice to have visibility between me and my mentor. I appreciate that it keeps everything in one place, preventing us from having to track down notes, calendars, or emails. It's like a one-stop shop that helps blossom the relationship. Using Mentorloop Mentoring Software as a standalone is great because it creates calendar events for me, which is a nice integration. The initial setup was very easy with Google single sign-on, and setting up my profile was simple, straightforward, and directional.
