Intuitive CRM with Robust Features, Needs Better Metrics

I enjoy the overall platform of Kustomer. It has a lot of out-of-the-box features that anyone can come in and set up. I also appreciate that it allows us to track our customer history and log their reasons for contact or friction points. One great feature is the early access programs available for clients. I like that CX managers can update and own the prompts for the co-pilot without needing coding skills, which other products may require. Additionally, the integration with Amazon Connect allows calls to be answered directly in Kustomer.

Visually Pleasing, Easy Client Search, and Flexible Onboarding

Visually very pleasing to the eye, it is easy to search for a client, it is customizable without needing to be trained in IT. The pricing is reasonable and within budget. I can mostly use it without AI. The onboarding team was very flexible

Good Support and Easy Setup, But AI Needs Improvement

I like that Kustomer has a support team that's always friendly and helpful, and they're very knowledgeable. The simplicity of setting up Kustomer is another plus. I also appreciate its connection with Shopify, which makes integration simple. The initial setup was easy, even though there were some challenges with the AI at first, it's much better now.
