I really appreciate that Klaviyo integrates everything into one platform, so all my lists, including email, review, and customer lists, are in the same area. It has powerful segmentation capabilities where I can create highly detailed dynamic segments using limited conditions, which is quite advantageous. The automation flows are strong, with some pre-built options, but I can also create my own, making it effective for re-engaging customers who haven’t returned yet. The ease of setup was great; even though it's best for mid to large commerce brands, we had no issues as a smaller brand.

It’s easy to integrate with Shopify. I also like the templates for creating email marketing campaigns and setting up a welcome message on the website. The SMS features are straightforward and easy to use as well.
