My Wonderful Experience with Kimola

We have used Kimola to analyze social media feedback to understand motivations of users for a social responsibility campaign. We uploaded the collected the data, analyzed it with themes and the themes were analyzed very accurately. I was surprised bc most of the tools do not provide that much clear insights, pain points, expectations with a scoring algorithm. Afterwards, we used personas data inside a media buying platform to target our audiences.

Great for customer experience, social media and insights teams.

We’ve implemented Kimola to all of our customer feedback analysis systems to analyze social media conversations, surveys and call-center conversations. We tried 3 different tools at that time and the accuracy rate of thematic and sentiment analysis was way better than other tools. It was so easy to set up everything. Customer support is also very good at Kimola. They’ve done the onboarding, training for us. UX is also very good and the dashboard is easy to use.

Amazing tool to analyze social media conversations and customer tickets, surveys.

We’ve been using Kimola for a year now and analyzing customer tickets and social media conversations. The summarizations are very good and sentiment analysis is very accurate. Thematic analysis is used by our CX teams and social media teams to enhance CX. It’s very easy to use, I use it every month.
