I appreciate Karbon's feature called Triage because it's a game changer for me. It really helps by preventing me from getting sucked into dealing with items as soon as they land in my inbox. Instead, it guides me to prioritize work. Although there's a steep learning curve initially, once I got past that, using Karbon became a breeze.

The ease in searching for work or clients and how user friendly the platform is. I love that they are constantly working on improvement and listening to us as the users.
