I'm excited about the new AI features that are rolling out to automate my workload; We're playing around with Engagements right now, which should save us money on e-signatures, speed up our process of writing agreements, and make our admin work for onboarding take less time. As the leader of a lean team, I'm especially excited to see how agentic AI speeds up our delivery of services and reduces unprofitable admin time, and how native meeting transcription can create more visibility in my Karbon.

I like the templates to make repords the most, I use those the most
