Integrates with our outside billing system seamlessly. With their Aider acquisition, AI support with month end close has resulted in huge time savings and a consistent standard applied across all of our firms clients. For our tax workflows their deep integration with Stanford has simplified and streamlined tax organizer and document collection that while not only saving time for the firm creates a seamless flow for our clients.

The fact that it is an all-in-one software, I can email and manage jobs, timesheets all from the same place. It has a website and phone app so I can access it from anywhere as well. Relatively easy to use UI. Integrates well with Outlook. Rarely have performance issues. I am not sure about pricing, I am just a user of the product. I have not used the support or AI yet.
