The UI is quite good overall. The triage function is particularly helpful, and the My Week section comes in very handy as well. Being able to tick off tasks also works as a solid checklist and makes it easy to keep track of what I’ve done. Its great for increasing productivity and transparency.

What I like most about Karbon is how it improves workflow, collaboration, planning through the work items and tasks and time budgets. It also provides a working trail that is very useful for reference.

Triage - the fact that all emails come in and we can manage and clear our emails, allocating them to deal with either this week or at a later date
