Karbon really “tames” my email and helps me stay on top of my tasks by keeping everything organized.

I love that Karbon lets us keep everything in one place. The way everything flows together makes it much easier to stay organized, especially when work items and correspondence are connected and easy to track in the same spot. Being able to add emails to client timelines or to the work item timeline has really been a game changer.

The fact that it is an all-in-one software, I can email and manage jobs, timesheets all from the same place. It has a website and phone app so I can access it from anywhere as well. Relatively easy to use UI. Integrates well with Outlook. Rarely have performance issues. I am not sure about pricing, I am just a user of the product. I have not used the support or AI yet.
