There is an easy visibility to see all the work items, who they are assigned to, and how long an item has been in a status. I like the fact that you can create different types of queues for any work template/item that you may add for a client.

I like that I can do most of everything from my job within the Karbon environment. I appreciate the ability to communicate, with features like users commenting on emails, tagging people, and having all insights viewable within the triage feature. It's also very convenient that all our correspondence, file work, workflow management, and time entry are all under one roof with Karbon.

I like that I can see the estimated budget for each project, the time incurred on each project, and all projects assigned to me for the year under one website/software.
