I like Karbon because it's user-friendly and clear. I also enjoy the sync to Companies House, as it means deadlines and client information are automatically uploaded, saving me time. Additionally, the initial setup of Karbon was easy.

What I really appreciate about Karbon is that it does so much, but it’s the people behind the product that really make the difference. Their team is personable, approachable, and genuinely wants feedback, and, more importantly, you actually see them act on it. Whether it’s through support or meeting the team at events, you can tell they enjoy what they do and are always looking for ways to make the product better. No software is perfect, but I have a lot of confidence using Karbon because I know they’re listening to their customers, working through what needs improvement, and always looking for that next big opportunity. They’re constantly striving to be better and seem to have a lot of fun while doing it!
