I really like the Work filter view in Karbon. It allows me to see organizational workflows in a snapshot and specifically the status of each item. The initial setup of Karbon was great since we purchased the guided implementation, and Aaron Lee helped us do everything.

The workflow and collaboration tools will be invaluable for managing our tax season and post-tax-season projects. Being able to link emails to client timelines so the team can easily reference them, will save time and effort and help keep everyone in the loop. In addition being able to assign tasks to team members with commenting and then see the status of completion will also be a huge time saver!
