The audit log has been useful for reviewing the full life of a request. The payment system is easy to configure, and requestors have not reported any issues with the payment portal. The search feature is very helpful when trying to locate a specific request. Users have also reported that the platform is very user-friendly. The support team is at the top of their game—quick and responsive whenever issues arise. Finally, administrators can make changes to workflows and request forms, which means we need less assistance from support. I could keep going, but you get the idea.
