What we like the most about the Inception CRM are its reports generation capabilities. The reports offer advanced feedback and help us gain valuable insights from our entire sales team activities. Thanks to the detailed reports generated in Inception CRM how we can quickly see which areas and processes need our attention on a daily basis. Lastly, we are highly satisfied with the whole implementation process. The IT and support team is incredibly supportive and proficient in ensuring the integration process goes smoothly. Their post-implementation care and support also deserve high praise.
