Keeps sales activities organized without creating extra work

One feature I use almost every day is the activity timeline. Instead of searching through emails or notes, I can quickly see previous conversations, meetings, and follow-ups with a contact. It makes customer interactions feel much more organized.

Actionable Citation Insights and ICP Prompt Tracking

The citation analysis has been the most useful part for me. Most AI visibility tools just tell you your mention rate. AEO actually shows which domains and URLs the engines pull from when they answer buyer questions. When I saw that one third-party listicle got cited almost 700 times in a month, it changed how I think about this. Now I have an actual list of pages to go after instead of guessing, and I can see which formats win in our category (listicles and review sites, by a lot). I also really like the ICP-based prompt tracking. AI engines answer differently depending on who's asking, so being able to see our visibility by customer profile instead of generic prompts makes the data way more useful. And the recommendations save me a ton of time. Instead of just handing me a score, it gives me a prioritized list of specific actions based on what ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity are actually citing, and I can assign them to my team without leaving HubSpot. The competitor share of voice view put a number on a gap we suspected was there, and now we can watch it week over week as our content work kicks in.
