It's a very user-friendly platform with an easy-to-navigate interface that doesn't change too often, making it simple to use and make changes. I also find the operations module very beneficial as it allows scheduling of cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks, which is very helpful. The platform lets us assign tasks to team members, who get automated notifications and reminders, and track tasks efficiently. We can also bring in third-party providers if needed. It's sophisticated yet easy to navigate and use.
