Responsive, Solution Based, Friendly, and To the Point Customer Service
While they are still working out minor details, their dedication to helping you solve your problems and understand their system is better than nearly anyone else. They try to solve problems as they come and are willing to answer a barrage of questions patiently if necessary. Response times are always near immediate, and they want your onboarding process to be as smooth as possible.

Having switched from square - the customer service is completely unmatched (square customer service was awful). He is passionate about his product and will do whatever is needed to help.
