I have been lucky enough to participate in two Growthspace sessions and have always come away with fresh and new ideas to help me grow into a better leader. The materials provided from my trainer and my notes are great reminders on how to grow personally, professionally, and more importantly my Team. I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone and in any role.

I went in with an idea of what I wanted to explore and expand on, and what I needed to "work on". Not only was I able to learn new tools to help form my mentor, I was able to out them all to use and work on the skills I needed to improve upon. I was worried there might be a lot of inspriational quotes with little substance, but that wasn't it at all. It was helpful and spot on. The new skills and techniques were helpful from the first session. I wholly endorse this program.
