Growthspace is an easy-to-use platform that allows for seamless connection with a professional coach. One of the best aspects is the ability to choose a new coach if the inital one is not a good fit. I did not have to make use of this, however, it was nice to know the option was there. I did have to reach out to Growthspace's support who were very attentive, professional and courteous. I would recommend Growthspace to anyone who has the ability to take part in this experience.

My coach was so great! We really clicked and she was so easy to talk to. She really encouraged me to embrace who I am in the team while helping me map out where I want to go but leadership doesn't mean I have to change who I am.

I really enjoyed the coaching sessions that were provided through Growthspaces. I wanted to grow my product management talents and get new perspectives that were not as locked into the day to day business. The coach that was assigned was relevant and very useful and helped me think through a couple of blockers I had at the time. I would recommend to anyone trying to think outside the box of their current tasks on hand.
