To be honest, my experience with GS was mostly with the sessions and my tudor. So I can share my thoughts on that part and a little about the interface that I used to schedule my sessions every week. The communication via emials, the interface, the timeline; all of them were so smooth and easy to adapt even it was my first time experience with such a platform and training.

Growthspace and my mentor gave me much insight to myself and tools to help me work around my mental blocks. Having someone to troubleshoot work issues with and how to tackle them in different ways helped me bigtime. Not only with on the job goals but it also helped me personaly at home.
