I had a very positive experience with Growthspace. I was originally matched with a mentor who i was very much aligned with, and she helped me immensely on my journey of becoming more organised and generally happy, in my work and personal life!

I appreciated my Coach's (Deborah) ability to tailor a journey around my needs. She could provide her agenda but also pivoted and changed content based on events or feedback. As an SVP in the company, there are certain areas I'm already versed in, while other areas need work and attention to excel and continue to perform as best I can. Deborah was able to provide me with safety, allowing me to open up and, much like a good doctor or psychologist, do her best work unobstructed.

This was a hugely productive 5 weeks. My coach Carol was exceptional with her professionalism and quick to notice my gaps in leadership and where I can improve. I'm pretty astonished at how much I took on - I didn't want the sessions to end.
