I use Fivetran for ingesting data from our source systems to our data warehouse, mainly for Salesforce, Jira, and Netsuite. I like that it's pretty easy to use, and we rarely experience downtime. I can count on one hand the number of times Fivetran tables did not match our source system, and a simple historical resync resolved this. It's rarely down as a service, and the interface is easy to use, making setting up a new connector a synch. The initial setup of Fivetran was easy.

I like that for the first 14 days, Fivetran offers a grace period where I can change the schema as much as needed, which really helped us in scoping out our requirements without being billed for just trying to understand the data. This feature allowed us to explore how the entire data flow would look like in the future. It's also great that instead of manually dumping data into our AWS S3, Fivetran handles that for us, which feels like a Quality of Life upgrade. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be extremely easy. Overall, it's one of the smoother tools I've used recently.

Seamless connectivity and quick support. We haven’t had many incidents or much downtime, which has been great. The alerts and monitoring are solid and help us stay on top of things.
