I like that there's no account or setup required with Feedback Lite and I can create a feedback link in 60 seconds flat. It's really convenient for my dog walker client because they can send feedback requests immediately after a walk without dealing with app logins or survey builders. They don't have to remember a password or learn how to use a tool—they just generate a link and hit send. This instant accessibility is something no other survey tool offers since most require creating an account first. Also, I find the initial setup to be relatively simple.
