User friendly, has some extra features and if you have any issues dealing with their customer support is wonderful

This feature is essential for our globally regulated operation and provides peace of mind by removing the risk of costly privacy violations. The compliance is enforced at the infrastructure level, storing feedback data appropriately within the region it was collected, without cross-region transfer. The system's auto-embedded region-optimized consent mechanisms and data minimization principle make it easy for us to focus on collecting meaningful feedback without worrying about compliance issues. Also, the initial setup of Feedback Lite was exceptionally fast and frictionless, which I found very impressive.

I find Feedback Lite to be a simple but effective customer feedback survey tool with a smooth experience. I like that it offers lots of features and customizations, making it flexible and easy to use. The abundance of templates is really helpful, and it is highly affordable, which adds to its appeal. Setting it up initially was very easy, which is a big plus for me.
