What do you like best about Feedback Lite?

I use Feedback Lite to quickly collect and analyze customer feedback and surveys from my website. I like most how easy and quick it is to set up, letting me start collecting meaningful customer feedback without any technical complexity. It lets me collect feedback immediately without wasting time on setup or technical hurdles. We switched from a more complex feedback tool to Feedback Lite because it was simpler and faster to use. The initial setup was extremely easy, quick, straightforward, and required no technical effort. I'd rate it a 9 out of 10 – it's simple, effective, and delivers exactly what I need. What do you dislike about Feedback Lite?

What do you like best about Feedback Lite?

I appreciate that Feedback Lite has GDPR/PDPA compliance built into every workflow, eliminating the need for manual compliance work for our teams across the US, EU, and APAC regions. This feature is essential for our globally regulated operation and provides peace of mind by removing the risk of costly privacy violations. The compliance is enforced at the infrastructure level, storing feedback data appropriately within the region it was collected, without cross-region transfer. The system's auto-embedded region-optimized consent mechanisms and data minimization principle make it easy for us to focus on collecting meaningful feedback without worrying about compliance issues. Also, the initial setup of Feedback Lite was exceptionally fast and frictionless, which I found very impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedback Lite?

I don't like that there's no cross-touchpoint feedback trend tracking. The tool can’t track feedback trends across multiple customer touchpoints, like a prospect’s feedback on a US-led Pexip demo to an EU Hapony event and then to APAC onboarding.
