Complex product, has everything we needed. Very fast implementation, it is question of hours. Intuitive. We've been using it for over a year now and it works perfectly.

FaceUP is a simple tool effective confidential tool which our staff trust for anonymous reporting

Simple to use and web-based. The system is very convenient and our staff are able to use the tool without any issues. Very rarely do we receive any feedback that the tool is hard to navigate. The web-based allows us to have information/feedback in real time and staff use the tool on a regular basis so it is well received.
