Dscout is our team's primary research platform, and I really appreciate the quality of their panel. They've been pushing new features that show a deep respect for the research craft and awareness of where the industry is heading. The platform's ease of use supports our democratized research practice, which is a major benefit for us. The availability of robust training and high-level support is something we're immensely grateful for, especially since our research team is small but mighty. I find our research partners at Dscout to be lifesavers, helping guide studies conducted by non-researchers and being thought partners for our researchers. We rely on them, and they always come through for us. The initial setup was also very easy, which was a big plus.

From the get go, the UI has been smooth and very intuitive. The tool has been designed to accommodate the needs of UXRs really well. I have run multiple studies, and it has been super easy to find old studies, start new ones each time.

I really like how easy it is to set up unmoderated studies where participants can share their opinions. I also appreciate the different types of studies available, such as diary studies or usability studies. Having the option to run a live session is great, since for some tasks we need to interact with customers directly.
